Types of biochemistry analyzer
1. Continuous flow type biochemistry machine
They measure the chemical reactions of each sample to be tested with reagents after mixing the same items. They are done in the same tube by a flow process.
2. Vertical biochemistry machine
Programmed in a manual manner, each sample and reagent react in their own tubes.
The material of the colorimetric cup of the biochemical analyzer is a quartz glass filter that does not absorb ultraviolet light.
3. Centrifugal biochemistry machine
The chemical reactor is mounted in the rotor position of the centrifuge, and the sample and reagents are first placed separately in the circular reactor. When the centrifuge is started, the sample and reagents inside the disc are mixed by centrifugal force and react with each other. The sample and reagents are mixed and reacted by centrifugal force, and finally flowed into the colorimetric tank on the outer ring of the disc and detected by a colorimeter.
The centrifugal analyzer is based on the principle of "simultaneous analysis". In the whole analysis process, each step of mixing, reaction and detection of each specimen and reagent is almost completed simultaneously.
Dry reagent tablets are used to detect by reflectance photometry.
How do biochemistry machines work?
A biochemistry analyzer is based on the principle that multiple vertical monochromatic beams of light illuminate a colored liquid in a colorimetric cup. Through the absorption of light energy by the measured sample, the photoelectric converter (such as phototube) converts the light signal into a corresponding electrical signal, which is amplified, rectified, and converted into a digital signal. Then sent to the computer.
At the same time, the computer controls the driving power to drive the filter wheel and sample disk, and the computer then processes, calculates, analyzes, and saves the measurement data according to the working mode selected by the user. The printer will print out the corresponding results at the same time. Finally, after each set of samples is measured, the cup is cleaned.
What is the use of biochemistry analyzer?
A biochemistry analyzer is a very important piece of equipment in a medical laboratory. It can quickly and accurately test a variety of items, including liver function, kidney function, blood glucose, lipid analysis, and other biochemical items that need to be performed.
The biochemistry machine is mainly used for: clinical blood test routine, cardiac enzyme profile, blood glucose lipid, liver function, kidney function and other routine biochemical index testing. This new medical equipment will not only further meet the actual needs of many hospitals and clinics, but will also greatly advance the development of medical technology.
